At The Valley, we are committed to providing you and your guests with an exceptional outdoor experience. From the moment you arrive, our stunning natural surroundings, scenic ceremony sites, and thoughtfully designed reception space set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Our goal is to ensure you and your loved ones feel completely refreshed, relaxed, and fully cared for throughout your entire event so you can focus on creating lasting memories.
Our wedding season runs from May-October.
Our amenities include two ceremony sites, reception venue, bar, food service building, heated bathroom facilities, bridal suite, grooms suite, and large private parking area. Each area has been created and built by our team.
RECEPTION VENUE
At the heart of The Valley Weddings is our enchanting reception space. Framed by timeless timber, a clear roof, and sweeping glass bi-fold doors, the pavilion offers an unforgettable, romantic forest experience under the open sky. With the cozy comfort of in-floor heating, you can immerse yourselves in the natural beauty around you while enjoying absolute peace of mind.
Seating up to 156 guests at our banquet tables and up to 14 at our head table. The main space overflows to a floating deck tucked under the trees and string lights.

CEREMONY
THE VALLEY
Our original ceremony site features a custom timber pergola set in a peaceful, secluded valley setting. Surrounded by lush forest trees and the tranquil sound of a running creek, this natural space offers an intimate, serene atmosphere for your ceremony and a beautiful backdrop as you exchange your vows.

THE STONE ARCH
A truly one-of-a-kind stone arch, lovingly handcrafted by our very own team. Standing 10 feet tall and stretching 22 feet wide, this breathtaking backdrop brings a touch of timeless beauty to your special day.
To reach this ceremony site, you and your guests will take a gentle stroll across our wooden bridge, leading into a quiet, secluded haven tucked deep within the lush forest. Surrounded by towering trees and the gentle, soothing sound of a running creek, it offers an intimate and magical setting to say "I do."

BRIDAL SUITE
Our Bridal Suite offers a peaceful sanctuary for you and your bridal party to prepare and celebrate before walking down the aisle. Designed for a stress-free morning, you can step out onto your private patio overlooking a scenic creek to sip mimosas, take breathtaking photos, and enjoy a quiet moment together before saying "I do."
GROOMS SUITE
Our Groom Suite offers the ultimate space to relax and get ready before the big day. Designed with an indoor/outdoor feel, it features a vintage overhead garage door that opens up directly to a private, screened-off patio with scenic forest views. It's the perfect spot to kick back with your groomsmen, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the day at your own pace.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
FOOD SERVICE BUILDING
Designed like our reception venue, the food service building is the perfect space for your caterers to serve your guests. It features a custom table, fridge, and sink.
BAR
Our bar is situated next to our reception venue. This woodland fairytale bar is the perfect space to serve your guests. It includes a fridge, chest freezer, and potable water.
BATHROOM FACILITY
The Valley Weddings has a full heated men's, women's, and wheel chair accessible bathroom facility.

The Valley Wedding's was built by John & Heather with their children Jonathan & Danielle, and David & Mariah. We take pride in family and the union of marriage and it's our passion to make every couple feel like a part of our family as we work together to bring your special day to life.
It all began when we had our first family wedding on the property. When our friends and families gathered together in The Valley, a vision was ignited. Our dream is to have many families gather here to celebrate; to honour generations gone before and to look to the future with hope.
