The Valley team will take care of your chair and table set up, as well as maintaining bathroom cleanliness throughout your event. We are also on standby for any questions or emergencies on your big day!

We can hold up to 186 people! In our reception space we can seat up to 172 guests at our banquet tables and up to 14 people at the head table.
Our head table seats 14 people comfortably.
If your big day is looking like a rainy day, we will communicate with the couple about moving the ceremony to the covered timber building to keep you and your guests dry!
Each couple is required to purchase event insurance (DUUO) and a liquor license (AGLC).
We open our bookings May long weekend and close our season Thanksgiving weekend. We don't yet have an online calendar. For available dates just contact our team and we will let you know what dates are free!
We neighbour Mound Red Provincial Park, which provides camping less than 1 km away. The Village at Pigeon Lake is also only 18 km away, which provides a hotel, shopping, restaurants, and a spa!
Newly renovated, the Willow Inn is located in Wetaskiwin, which is 47 km from The Valley. You can rent individual rooms or the full Inn for your family and guests.
At The Valley, what you see is what you get! Every package includes the same services. The only hidden fee is our damage deposit when you book and it is refundable following your wedding.
We do have some rental options to consider!

With the Intimate Package, you can have up to 60 people max SEATED at your reception. The breakdown of who is counted in the 60 are:
Bride and Groom
Bridal Party
Guests (not including toddlers under the age of 2 as they would be considered lap guests, if you need any of our 2 high chairs they aren't counted in your headcount, but need to be considered when doing your layout)
Vendors that are SEATED at the reception. If they do not need a seat then they don't need to be counted in your final headcount.
At this time we do not have wifi and there is poor cell service. We are currently working on finding a solution!
